I like to think there was another vehicle parked in the other stall hanging way back that has since left.

That keeps me from losing my sanity over how dumb people are.

The lot wasn’t full, so I highly doubt it, could’ve just parked another spot if it was the case. More like “oh shit the train is here” , and just left it there.

Not even an excuse when it was the first spot in the row, and you can see a darn sign where the line is.

Complete dick move because this lot gets very full later in the day and traffic gets very busy to block roadway like that.
